26 “And God said, Let US make man in
OUR IMAGE, after OUR LIKENESS;
… {skip over}...”
27 “So God created man in HIS OWN
IMAGE, in the image of God created
He him; male AND FEMALE
created He
THEM.
[The word, “US”, and the words, “OUR”,
shows that it wasn’t just God The
Father speaking to Himself. Obviously,
Jesus Christ, The Saviour & Planner
Of The World was there, but also
because the “LIKENESS” of a
“FEMALE” human who was also to be
included in the plans of whom would
inhabit the earth, (not just sons but
daughters also) both genders needing
to be planned out, made and fashioned
for the earth-life to come, the logical
conclusion is that the “US,” inferred,
includes at least one FEMALE amongst
this Group or Council of Gods: “Let US"
(God the married man and Father of us
all, and God His married wife who was
included) "make man" (make the man
ADAM) but also make Adam's married
wife, Eve, beside him) or in other
words, MAKE ... THEM - MALE ANDFEMALE, Adam and Eve, man and
woman, husband and wife, be made
and fashioned "in OUR IMAGES, after
OUR LIKENESSES.” --- (after the IMAGE
AND LIKENESS OF ME GOD THE
FATHER for Our premortal and spirit
sons, and after the IMAGE AND LIKE-
NESS OF YOU, GOD THE MOTHER, for
Our pre-mortal and spirit daughters.
The word “man” is oftentimes used to
describe the human race or humanity
as a whole, with “man” a shortened
version of ‘mankind’, with 'womankind'
not directly mentioned but of course
inferred and included in the general term: "Man".
"Man" in this world, as well
as in the eternal worlds, is ordained not
to live separate and alone, as a kingdom of men, but in the grand scheme
of the
"MAN which is in Heaven" John 3:13 (KJV)
Our Father in Heaven, who, along with
His Heavenly Wife, who is Our Mother
in Heaven, mandated before the
world was:
"Neither is the man without the
woman; neither the woman without
the man - IN THE LORD." 1st Corinthians 11: verse: 11 (KJV)
"If I have told you earthly things, and
ye believe not, how shall ye believe,
if I tell you of HEAVENLY THINGS?" John 3: verse: 12 (KJV)
"1 When the Savior shall appear
we shall see Him as He is. We shall
see that He is a MAN LIKE OURSELVES.
2 And that same sociality which exists
among us here WILL EXIST AMONG USTHERE, only it will be coupled with
Eternal Glory, which glory we do not now enjoy." Doctrine & Covenants 130: verses: 1 & 2:
And although this is not scripture,
Eliza R. Snow's Church hymn:
O My Father, mentions:
In the heav’ns are parents single?
No, the thought makes reason stare;
Truth is reason—truth eternal
Tells me I’ve a MOTHER there.
